The concert trumpet pitched in B♭ by Kroning with a bore of 11.2 mm and the B1H bell is characterised by a full, rich and warm sound. Its response is excellent across all registers and dynamic ranges, its intonation consistently outstanding. The instrument retains its vigour and tonal qualities even in low dynamic ranges while offering great airflow without overmodulating in powerful dynamics. The trumpet’s build quality will satisfy the highest of demands, and its fully brushed gold brass finish and lacquer make it a real head-turner.
